This model comes with 2 batteries & an external charger, a much better arrangement. I had, initially, re-ordered the first model (from a different supplier) but, after some weeks they mailed to say that they couldn't supply it so, I found & ordered this model, (from this seller) & it arrived in a couple of days! My only criticism of this pipe is that it is very difficult to open for refilling! I have found a solution though, wrapping a strip of masking tape around the glass bowl & another around the upper chromed portion provides more grip when unscrewing it.
