The pad was a bit small for my mount (I didn't research if there were different sizes), but it's still working fine.

This worked great for me. When I orginally mounted my dash mount (with the original adhesive), it came off almost immediately. I purchased these adhensive pads and restuck it. Waited months to post this review in order to be sure the sticker pad would hold up under the southwest U.S. desert sun and heat, and it has. I used it to secure my steelie phone magnet base to my car dash, because the sticker that came with the Steelie wasn't good enough. I had to cut it out of the bigger pad size but it wasn't any trouble to do that. I also used another cutout of the pad to secure my car dash solar dancer. Both have remained firmly in place for over 6mos now.
