I decided to try a different make after reading the reviews of this one and I’m so glad I decided to buy them. They heat up super quickly and glide through your hair. They do have a slight smell of coconut because they are infused with the oil. My hair is so nice and soft and glossy after using them and my day 2 hair is also much better than before. I have shoulder length fine hair and blow dry to add volume. My GHD’s would often straighten my hair to the point that it was straight but flat. These new ones keep that volume in my hair all day. They are great for straightening and adding a bit of curl to the ends. My hair isn’t long enough for a full curl, but I’d imagine you’d get a good curl from them with longer hair.
