I'm used to buying OEM cartridges for years, but I ran out of time and needed to get something fast, so I ordered this one from desertcart. When it arrived the next day, I was very skeptical. It was the same width, but different depth, and I really wasn't sure this was going to work. I pulled out the plastic clear tab and tried to insert into the 3390. Didn't go in, and didn't want to force it, especially because there were no instructions. Then I realized there were two orange pieces on each side that was stopping the cartridge from entering. So I pulled them out of the cartridge. Presto, in it went smoothly! The prints were perfect. At 1/8 the price of OEM, I will continue to purchase these.
