I'm sorry you didn't get your second lid. Be careful of the sealant ring it pops out and if it pops out and wraps around the blender blade while it's blending it will burn out your blender like it did mine. **Q: Is there 2 cups and 2 lids?** A: yes.Like the main image shows. **Q: Do you have to keep the button pressed in with your hand the whole time it's working, or do you just push the button and let go?** A: You can let it go. It does the job for you. **Q: How tall is the cup without the lid?** A: I believe it to be about 10inches tall and holds around 20oz, however bcus it is only 300 watts, (and does seem pretty powerful,) it's just not enough to last. I'm actually about to return mine after having for two months only, it stopped working, power button doesn't light up, and motor is silent.
