It worked well for the first few days, offering decent sound quality and a good fit. However, after just 10 days of use, it started disconnecting frequently from my device without any reason. This issue makes it practically unusable, especially during calls or while listening to music. I’ve tried reconnecting, updating my device, and even resetting the headphones, but the problem persists. For a product to fail this quickly is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the build quality and reliability. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue. I’ve reached out to customer support and am hoping for a replacement or refund.
