**Q: Can I check my readings while I am exercising?**
A: Any movement can cause the device to reset its readings. If you are in the middle of exercising, we advise to take readings during resting phases while the body is not mobile. If you have finished, wait 10-15 minutes before taking a reading.

**Q: How do I know the battery is low?**
A: The battery icon will display the low power indicator. Please replace the batteries.

**Q: Why does the reading fluctuate and why is the reading different on different fingers?**
A: It is normal and natural for your SpO2 and pulse rate to fluctuate as the amount of arterial blood pulses and changes with each heartbeat. A ±3 fluctuation in your SpO2 is considered normal.

**Q: How do I turn off my device?**
A: To turn off your device, simply remove your finger from the finger chamber. The pulse oximeter will power off automatically within 8-10 seconds.
