This stuff is awesome and it works. 
I have used this product for anything and everything (for myself my husband, 3 kids and a dog) for over 10 years. @Moshe Your case is unique. Maybe you waited too long to use it and you were already too infected...

**Q: Can I use for cracked heels?**
A: Yes, you can use on any skin problem.  

Cracked heels normally mean athlete's foot - you may want to try an OTC foot spray for a month - keeping your hands away so you don't end  up with it on your hand or in your nails (it takes forever to get it out of your nails if that should happen).

**Q: Would refrigerating help to preserve the ingredients after opening?**
A: I have used this wonderful product for 40 years!  It keeps very well un-refrigerated probably cause  of the disinfectant properties of the herbs.  But like anything with oils, after about 4 months I will pop it in the fridge. and it will keep for a very VERY long time. If you aren't going to use it within 4 months, I would keep it in the fridge, but you don't have to.
