My friend and I used them and we were super afraid they paint we planned to splatter them with or ink we used may bleed through, but it does not bleed at all! We took acrylic paint mixed with a little water and splattered the outside of the letter. We used gel pens to write on the inside and neither bled through. They're very sturdy and well made. Clean edges and even folds. the envelopes are just as nice, but a little thinner than the card stock which is expected and fine. We love that 50 are horizontal and 50 are vertical so we can also change it up a little if we desire. I highly recommend these for anything, even wedding Thank You cards!
