I would be surprised thought that it does fit. **Q: Can this cut tile?** A: It would not be recommended for use in cutting tile. It is meant to remove grout, plaster and other adhesive materials from between floor or wall tiles. **Q: Will this blade work on a mouse sander ?** A: Not sure about the mouse sander, however one thing you need to consider is how far the nipples that this device will sit on protrude throught the holes in the blade.
