To be honest, I was expecting just another variation of Columbian in my cup. However, once I brewed it in my single serve coffee maker, and took my first sip, it opened my eyes with enjoyment. It's got a bold coffee punch without any acidic bite or aftertaste. It comes as a medium to fine grind, which made it ready-to-go, with either my previously mentioned machine or my espresso maker as well. I've already enjoyed 3 cups since yesterday, and am about to make my second today, for a yummy, relaxing midday cafe. Perfect recommendation for this coffee aficionado.
