The belts in those kept slipping after about 6 months of use and the motor on one just gave up about 7 months of use. I had wanted to get a Kenwood stand mixer but this was on an EOFY special discount. I only use this to knead dough, normally 4 cups of a 50:50 ratio of wholemeal to plain flour for 10 minutes at speed setting 3 and that works out perfectly fine. The 1000W motor easily handles that but it does struggle a bit with 6 cups.
