Review: Very light and comfortable - Okay, so ive owned two pairs of Ultra Pioneer MID $199 now $97, two pairs of Ultra Raptor II GTX $198, and now these. In this order, they go from "hiking hiking" to more of a light, shoe hightop. I am 6'5 235lbs. bad ankle with rods. I stand 12hrs at a time. Great high top, light weight, water proof. Love them. Wish they would send out a 2nd pair of laces though. Review: Very nice boots!!! - Bought these to hike in Yosemite. Didn't require any break in time, fit well, good traction and waterproof. Happy to finally have an appropriate pair of hiking boots. Plus they look pretty good, so I'm very happy. ## Features - BEST FOR: A fully charged men’s mid-hiking shoe to propel you forward through single-day routes, hiking, and trail running over mixed terrains. In this order, they go from "hiking hiking" to more of a light, shoe hightop. I am 6'5 235lbs. bad ankle with rods. I stand 12hrs at a time. Great high top, light weight, water proof. Love them. Wish they would send out a 2nd pair of laces though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice boots!!! *by G***G on January 14, 2024* Bought these to hike in Yosemite. Didn't require any break in time, fit well, good traction and waterproof. Happy to finally have an appropriate pair of hiking boots. Plus they look pretty good, so I'm very happy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice *by G***S on July 3, 2024* I’m a big fan of Salomon footwear. These are great, but not as good as my GTX hiking boots and shoes. The sole is comfortable, but I found the toe box a little narrow and shallow, and the hooks for the laces aren’t as good as they could be, and the lace can fall out easily while you’re trying to tie them up. If you’re looking for some absolutely fantastic hiking boots, spend a little extra and get Salomon GTX --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/674023448-salomon-mens-outpulse-mid-gtx-hiking-shoe](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/674023448-salomon-mens-outpulse-mid-gtx-hiking-shoe) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
