What is best used creamer , milk , or water.** A: Hello! Thanks for choosing Coffee Hat! Each one of our coffees has very peculiar tasting notes which are described in the back of the box. Each coffee is a single varietal from a very specific region and plantation. Said that, we actually recommend to drink them fairly short (1oz) and try not to add sugar or milk. You should notice after a couple of shots that it has actually a natural sweetness (due to the supreme quality and selection of the beans and its roasting profile). However, if you prefer an "americano style" we suggest to brew a normal espresso and then add hot water (another 2 or 3oz).. hope you enjoy it! PS: if you prefer milder coffees try the Indian (Bababudan), if you like richer flavours and more body: Habanera (from Cuba). All these coffee hat are available on Amazon. I drink it short and without milk or sugar.. For the cappuccino I prefer the cuban one they have, Habanera. The cuban is also great if you prefer a thicker and stronger coffee, which is not my case.. I prefer this Panama and the Bababudan. ALSO: capsules work like the originals in the machine.
