Not sure if the ghost weights sit as deep **Q: Do these work for the 2018 version?** A: Yes, as long as it is not the “platinum” version. **Q: If the weight is stuck on my putter is there any solution of getting them out?** A: I got the first two weights I put in stuck as you did. I even contacted the company and complained...to no avail. I spent two weeks trying to pry the weights out. I finally managed to get them out, albeit I scratched up my putter some. I ended up putting two heavier weights in with some grease. They stick out further where I can get a pliers on them to remove them. None of this made me very happy and I wrote a poor review of the product. They must be too big and get stuck when you tighten them down. The design prevents me from removing the weights. Now I have a $299 putter with a swing weight I don't want. And I can't return them because I can't get them out of my putter. DO NOT buy these if you have one of the Taylor Made Spider Tour putters listed in their ad. This is false advertising!!! Couldn't be unhappier.
