Cut it on my X-carve Perfect! No melting! *by J***8 on February 1, 2019* The Acrylic sheet came with peel paper on both sides. I used this to cut a new control panel bezel for m hottub. I upgraded the mainboard, heater, and control panel in my older hottub but the new control panel was smaller than the old control panel. I used my X-carve CNC to cut a bezel from this acrylic sheet that was the size of my old control panel but with a rectangle in the middle to hold the new panel. I painted the back side of acrylic grey so one couldn't see through into the hottub and popped new control panel in. I used clear silicone caulk between new bezel and hottub and caulk between new control panel and acrylic. It worked great!If you are looking for acrylic to cut on a CNC hobby machine, this will work great! Use an upcut mill bit to pull acrylic shaving out and you will have no problems.
