This is great to massage the cream into your skin. The scent is just like a pack of bubblegum. Very minty. Its strong at first but dissipates a little and lasts for a few hours. I use it on my belly and it feels cool and tingly going on but doesn't burnnlike some other creams. I can tell after a workout my skin is more sweaty. The ingredients list is great & they are known to help with not only cellulite but as a pain treatment.

This is totally different from the formula they dold before, I should have listened to the reviews....tge old one was creating like a heat on the area where you put it, really helping sore muscles...this is totally different, no heat and a bad smell of camphor
