It works great to say the least ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Using this for water in the case of emergencies, and I'm very pleased *by D***N on March 15, 2025* (EDIT) - the outflow is too slow and really restricts the cooling of the coil. The outflow diameter needs increased to 1/2" with a properly sized bulkhead. If you are super handy, I highly recommend replacing the cooling pot altogether with a larger one, and setting it in a stand next to the boiler, with the outflow hole and the input holes at 3/4", and using an attachment on your kitchen sink to juzt slowly run the cold water through it straight from your sink. You could even let it drain into a large container to make more ice, water plants, wash stuff witb to avoid waste. Still feels like a great value for the price, just a little flawed- bought this for emergency water purification, and for my CPAP machine, in case of grid failure. we have emergency propane to last for a few months and a good stove. (I do have stuff to remineralize the water if we need it for consumption.
