Easy to take as you can simple let them dissolve like a mint and/or chew them up. I'm sure you could just swallow them if you wanted to but I prefer to just let them dissolve as I do enjoy the subtle cherry flavor. I've been taking B12 as supplement from another brand that I like a lot for some time. I decided to give this brand a try and it was a seamless transition from my normal brand to this one. No noticeable differences in energy, focus, etc. but having already been supplementing prior to switching I note that as a positive as it means to me that this is the same quality or better than my normal brand.
