Review: Needed customer support, they reached out - The clock works as expected, but we snapped part of it off. Fine, our fault, we'll contact the manufacturer to see about getting a new part. It simply won't work with that part in that state. The problem is that desertcart has no method for us to message "Rocam", and Rocam doesn't seem to even have a website. Rocam, if you're listening, it's a fine clock, we just need the replacement part. Happy to give 5 stars if you can make your customer support more accessible and visible. UPDATE: Yelaw, aka ROCAM, has reached out and is actively working with me to resolve the issue. Since my real dissatisfaction was about customer support, and not the product itself, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars.
