Can they be chewed?** A: Yes, they are gel capsules (the shell is made of bovine gelatin, glycerine, and purified water). The capsules are quite small and I don't know if the efficacy would be effected by chewing them. Also, that peppermint oil might a bit strong on the taste buds! **Q: For seller.. Do these have an enteric coating?** A: I am not sure. I looked it up on their website and it says, a rapid release soft gel capsule. They are very small. They don’t have a large amount of peppermint in them.
