A: 1.Check if there are any obstructions blocking the ventilation on the back of the TV. 2.Reboot both the router and the TV, disconnect all external devices, and switch to the TV's native system. 3.Perform a factory reset and clear app cache.

**Q: Error message shown on startup: your device has failed verification system halted.**
A: Please provide the SN code to FPD support. The support team will send the new firmware installation package based on the SN code, and the customer can follow the instructions to install it then test the device.
