I have two puppies and as they grow, they are outgrowing their collars. This is one of the few I've found that has not only the D-ring for the leash but also a mini ring for the ID tag. The entire collar is padded underneath so my pups are not scratching at their necks like they did with other collars. The collar itself is very sturdy with the yellow outline that makes it easier to see in the dark. There is a strong velcro that allows you to adjust the collar as the pups are growing so you don't have to remove the collar for resizing.
