It's easy to use - we have joint or mobility problems and can still easily use it, and press a switch and it can glide flexibly under furniture (although it needs a little strength to get it back into upright afterwards). The suction power is fantastic - we were horrified at how much dirt it was pulling out of the carpets! This means lots of trips to the bin, as it's a small unit, but the emptying mechanism is easy. The suction is so strong it can pull forwards slightly so needs a little strength to pull it back but it's no problem for our joints. The transition between carpet and tiles is instant. Classy teal colour. Only downside for us is that it doesn't stand on it's own unless you lean it securely against something or press a switch to fold it in half, which makes it a little bulky to store in comparison with a stick vacuum. The only downside ( if I had to say) is the dust storage compartment gets filled very quickly. But I will take that. Love how the hair doesn’t get wrapped around brushes as well.
