For once I didn't closely read the product description. I quickly ordered thinking I was getting sprouting beans without the higher price or larger package that I could never use before becoming too old to sprout. When they arrived and I opened the bag I realized my mistake. They were pre-sprouted and dehydrated for snacking purpose. I thought, well lets take a taste and see how it is and maybe I might have a new thing to try when I reorder the dang 2 pound bag for a couple of bucks more. They were faintly sweet, gently crunchy and with a little bit of some seasoning before dehydrating might be something healthy to get the grandsons to turn away from the junk food. I learned something new for a decent cost. Glad I made this mistake. I suggest TruRoots come up with a line of seasoned sprouted mung beans if they have not already done so. Ranch or barbecue might be nice.
