I've never hated a product until this. *by K***R on March 29, 2026* First of all, this was an allowed product for my location, but it is not multi-volt, which luckily I noticed and bought a step down transformer for. Why it doesn't allow all voltages in today's world is absolutely crazy. Then comes the actual robot. The software is the worst part, mapping is terrible, if you something moveable it maps that as part of the room. Like if you had a bag on the floor it will never vacuum there even after it's moved. It takes a long time before you're ready to vacuum. Autoclean is a joke, it just starts cleaning rooms in a predifined order, there's nothing automatic about. It gets lost almost every time "unable to find the docking station" then it places the docking station in a completely different part of the house even if the map is "locked". And don't leave a door open or it will be roaming outside. It struggles around rugs and even curtains, getting tangled then complaining "anti drop sensors are dirty". The mop plate lifters started playing up to a point now where it drags one mop constantly over carpet and flooring, getting stuck further, so I can now only use it as a vacuum with no mop feature.
