How long does it last ? Best before date?** A: I purchased it in Nov 2019 and the best Before date was Dec 2026. So plenty of time to use it. **Q: Cream rice in a tin ?** A: Cream of tomato, it's soup, hence the name " cream of tomato soup" no cream rice here move along, move along. **Q: How would you make two portions of soup** A: Because the portions are so small I have only made enough for 4, but they have been eaten by 2. Hope that makes sense. I use 70gms of the powder (well mixed) with 900ml of cold water. Whisk whilst heating and once to the slight boil simmer for 5 minutes. Absolutely delicious.
