Review: Great starting place, easy to follow - I am so thrilled that I found this book. I used to be in better shape but the last year and a half I have been battling some health challenges and surgeries. Now, on the mend, I want to get back to where I was. But feel too weak to resume my favorite yoga class. I just started this 12 week program. I’m planning to do it in 14 weeks because I want to add on the optional prep weeks. I want to build back slowly. I am very excited about the layout of this book and the progression towards more difficulty. I expect great results. My preteen children are interested in participating with me as well.

I am so thrilled that I found this book. I used to be in better shape but the last year and a half I have been battling some health challenges and surgeries.
