It is the perfect addition to cocktails and other recipes. I was initially hesitant to get it since it a little pricey, but I don't regret it and will be getting another bottle soon. It stays fresh for a long time in the bottle and a little goes a long way. I like to add a bit to ramen broth to brighten it up and make it more complex. I also like to add some to there citrus juices in drinks like margaritas and mimosas, like a secret ingredient making them more interesting. I highly recommend this product!
