I own a Jackery 250, Jackery 1000. Both have been very reliable, I’ve had no issues with either unit in over 5 years! I recently purchased Solar Generator 5000. It’s very well built, it is very capable of providing power at each plug whether individual outlets or all at once. Be aware if you activate the Bluetooth and then the WiFi it will drain the unit slowly due to having the WiFi on even if you don’t use the unit. The instructions for the main battery unit is clear and informative. The software is VERY BASIC, it does allow access to all functions of the unit. It show’s inputs and outputs of everything. I have found it to be slow at updating the information…I have read some review that they have to log off the app then log back in for updated input/output numbers…for me it was just slow to keep update info, but it does if you wait a few minutes. I will come back in a few months to update the review as I will have put this unit through its paces… As far as customer service I’ve used the email option and have received reply’s promptly…The price and features are competitive with other companies.
