I have found it to be slow at updating the information…I have read some review that they have to log off the app then log back in for updated input/output numbers…for me it was just slow to keep update info, but it does if you wait a few minutes. A note that if the panels you purchase have an angled jack adapter then use it. I purchased two panel sets in April and apparently they were an older version and needed the angled adapter in order to charge. When I went camping for the first time with the Jackery setup and tried to charge nothing happened. This began several months of frustrating customer service issues until Ben, the service manager, figured it out during a phone call.
