I bought it to use during the fall months. However, I will definitely keep using it during throughout the winter and even in the spring because I think it looks spectacular with denim and black. I was concerned that the texture might have a little bit of scratching us to it. I have purchased some lower quality, Pamina scarfs and Shaws that caused my neck to itch after wearing them for a brief period of time. This is nothing like that. It is so soft and drapes like silk. It’s a very fine knit so it adds warmth very well. The top and bottom edges have a large 2 inch rib edging. This ribbed edging is flat and does not roll. There’s also a finished knit edge on the underside of both of the long sides of the scarf. This definitely gives it a nice finish look as well as strength and weight.
