In between treatments, I use Provone Touch of Silver Shampoo. **Q: Is this strong enough to take effect on brunette hair** A: No dye will turn out close to the dye if you have brunette hair. My hair is black and bleached to maybe a 7-7.5/10 and it takes everything about 3-4 shades darker than the box. For example if you tried to dye your hair this light grey colour before bleaching you'd probably still be brunette maybe with a tint **Q: Can the product dye dark hair like brown?** A: I use it on my brown hair but mine was already dyed black. The roots show more the blue colour than the rest of my hair. Hope this helps **Q: Does this work on grey hair?** A: It did for me when I used it but I only stuck it on my grey strands at the front and left it on long. Like all of them they will fade out eventually. Try to reduce the temperature of the water when you rinse it of, or wash your hair in general. As that makes colour last longer. I am not using this hair dye now as I am just letting go grey giving my hair a break. It is a beautiful colour. I am now looking into more natural ways to dye hair without chemicals.
