Avevo iniziato a cercare un buon integratore di magnesio per alleviare stanchezza e dolori muscolari, e questo prodotto mi è stato consigliato da un amico che fa sport a livello amatoriale. La qualità del magnesio si sente: si assorbe molto bene (è bisglicinato, che pare sia una delle forme migliori), e soprattutto non mi ha causato i soliti fastidi intestinali che avevo riscontrato con altri tipi di magnesio. Già dopo un paio di settimane ho notato meno crampi, più energia durante la giornata e perfino un sonno più profondo e regolare. Unico piccolo appunto: le capsule sono piuttosto grandi. Non è un problema per me, ma chi ha difficoltà a deglutire pillole grosse forse dovrebbe tenerlo presente. In compenso, bastano due capsule al giorno quindi non bisogna prenderne tante. Nel complesso però lo consiglio assolutamente.
