Works with my home unit and my travel unit from different manufacturers. **Q: Can i use this to connect a nasal cannula to a resmed vpap without oxygen?** A: No, I use that small port to add oxygen to my BiPap. If you try to use this without oxygen you would need to cap off that port. If you dont you will loose pressure in your hose and it will make a noise every time you breath. That is how I know that my O2 tubing came loose. So if you do use it without oxygen cap off that nipple **Q: Does the "elbow" where the O2 tubing fits swivel? Important to me.
