This past February, I developed a horrible case of tennis elbow that made riding my bike insanely painful. I could barely lift the front end which is critical for many tricks. I also lift weights 4 times a week, which made matters worse. I thought rest would do the trick, but found that active rehab, message and ice was the key. And to offset the pain, kinesiology tape. I was buying tape at the local drug store and it was kinda getting expensive at $12 - $15 a roll, when I realized good ‘ol Amazon should have a less expensive version. I can get 3 rolls for the price of one.I am really happy with this tape, although I would recommend oil free skin and maybe a heating pad to heat the adhesive on. I’ve showered with it as a test, and it stayed on without issue.When I cut it, I round off the corners, but if you rub and accidentally roll off ends of the tape, it won’t restick very well. Meaning, take care when applying it and don’t allow the ends to roll off.In certain creases of the body, it may come off some at the ends, but the meat of the tape will stay. I know this because removing it feels like removing duct tape. I’m pretty hairless, but for you hairy folks, take caution, or shave.Colors and designs are fantastic and bold. I really like mixing them up.Good tape for the price. I have an impingement in my shoulder and it's sometimes painful. I've tried many kinds of tape and my skin would bleed after taking the tape off. I have not had any issues with this brand.
