If it is used on bare wooden floor then it is noisy, but if it is on a bed frame then it is less noisy. It does make adjusting noise when being in and out of the mattress. I enjoy the immense comfort this mattress gives me. I look forward to snuggling on to this mattress. I use a fitted sheet, throw blankets, quilt comforter and silk sheets for maximum comfort. The grooves in the mattress gives great body support. I like the height, durability, and great inflation it provides. I rarely have to inflate. For example, I weigh 190lbs and 5'2 sleeping on the mattress for 2 months before having to turn on the automatic inflation button for 2 minutes to achieve a firmer mattress. I will keep this mattress forever. It was first used as a temporary mattress but then realized it was more comfortable than my previous king mattress which would get stained or rip from natural wear and tear. I rate this mattress five stars without a doubt. I've had it for 5 months so far and I always get compliments on how comfortable and large or looks compared to a regular mattress. Update on mattress !! i still believe this is a comfortsbke mattress but it’s not a-forever mattress. As soon as I wrote this review, it started losing air. It does have a 2-year warranty but I can’t get in touch with seller or the company so I’m out. I tried to have Amazon get in touch with seller but that didn’t work either. I still give 5 star for the first few months but then 2 after that. Great mattress at first but realize it’s a temporary mattress. I bought and received this mattress in November. I have it set up in my living room until I get a bed set. It is now February and there is literally no leakage of air. I sleep on it every night and I have only had to inflate it just a-little bit (a few quick seconds) twice since having it set up. It is so comfortable, I tell everyone I know I actually prefer sleeping on it. My cats love it to and no punctures from their nails jumping on it. It’s so quick and easy to inflate. The only complaint I have is when I turn it can be a-little noisy but it is on wood floors and not carpet but I don’t mind the noise because it’s so comfortable. I highly recommend this mattress. I got the queen and it’s perfect for me. I love this air mattress.
