I normally use 75% of the recommended cereal serving size and replace the caloric equivalent with All Bran Buds. They taste pretty bland, so you won't notice them when you add them to cereal. The wife uses them when she blends up workout smoothies and she loves it. Another great use is for filler in hamburgers to hold them together.
