Like the rest of my cast iron cookware I preheat the pan and use the correct oil that won't stick. My gluten free biscuits fall out of the pan and cleanup takes just a couple of minutes. I can quickly make a second batch in the same pan. Love the crisp brown edges on my gluten free biscuits. I've been using this pan for over two years and it is like new. Don't buy if you don't know how to use cast iron for cooking.
