An expensive but good quaility trowel that is standing up well to daily use by an archaeologist. Far outlasting many cheapere options that have worn out making it vary good value for the price.

Bought as an archaeology excavation trowel. Very easy on the wrist (very light) and have worked perfectly on heavy dense clay sites. Much preferable to other similar size trowels due to its lightness and thinness, you can easily peel of the clay in layers and end up with smooth and nice edges. Might take a while to get used to if you're not used to lightweight trowels to begin with. A must have in my tool roll.
