Whenever I see "Oops" after inserting the pod, It is beacuse there is an irregularity with the label on the pod. In particular, the pod label has a rough edge. When I smoothen out the edge with my finger, the pod is accepted and works fine. I've never had to discard a pod. **Q: i buy this variety pack at LEAST once a week for my office. Recently the price went up...why? i'd like to also get assrt coffee w/out the flavors.** A: We sell our coffee directly to Amazon.
