Received today, put together in less than 30 mins. Use the manual screwdriver, follow the instructions.I like the wheels - didn’t think I would. Puts the house just above the mounding, easy to move and clean underneath if needed. Great step by step instructions. If you have done just one build it yourself item, this is much clearer. Do I have and negatives? Cardboard shipping box was beat up, but product was ok. Great packaging. There is a small defect on one side of the bottom board - trivial. Looms like a manufacturer defect. Do your research - you won’t find a better product at this price point here. Plus, one of two has already staked his claim…there has been lots of sniffing and serious investigation Both Fluffy Overlords approve.
