It is very soft and comfy aside from the heating elements. It comes with a battery and a cable to recharge via normal USB. The power bank charging input is USB-C; there is USB type A output for powering other devices. The output to the hoodie is a small "pin" type barrel connector. Apparently, for 7.4 volt heated garments it is a standard connector, and a quick Amazon search reveals that you can buy replacement batteries with that type of output connector.It has a small maybe 9 inch by 4.5 inch heating element on the small of the back, and two smaller elements in front, one on each side. There are 3 heating levels you can select Low (green) Medium (blue) and High (red). You can't boil water on the heating elements, but I would say they get toasty warm.There are heated jackets with more heating elements that cost considerably more. This is more like loungewear so I think the three heating elements are adequate. The price is reasonable and the hoodie is soft and cozy even without the heating feature. I would say it's a good value for the price.
