I did trade the foam washer out and put a silicone one in to make sure it did not leak and so far nothing is leaking. There was a smell at first, but while spraying and after drying I could not detect any odor. I use the wipe on method for my dog since she is also on Bravecto and am concerned about interaction. She did not shy away or show offense to the odor. The fleas were obviously effected. I also sprayed on entrance carpet and places she likes to roll around and far away from food and drink area. I have not detected a residue. The sprayer functions well. Stream for cloth application and spray for bed and carpets. So far I am very optimistic.
