If you have a battery to replace to meet these specs, this battery will do a fine job. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Batteries...best I've found (with test Data) *by R***S on August 31, 2025* I use a single 14500 3.7 volt battery in a variety of applications to replace a pair of AA 1.5 volt alkaline batteries. They are the same size and provide a good rechargeable battery alternative. The web is full of advertisements for 14500's with up to 2500 mAh capacity, most with serious issues. In trying to get maximum capacity for my applications, I finally resorted to building up a test circuit with data logger for testing Li-ion batteries at a fixed discharge rate and with a low voltage shutoff to protect against over discharging. In all my numerous tests of 14500s, the highest capacity battery I've found is just over 800 mAh. Several units labeled as 2500 mAh measured as 200 to 300 mAh, a factor of 10 below their advertised capacity.So how did the Topusse 14500s perform: Great! One a little over 800 mAh, and the other three around 770 to 790. All four about the best 14500s I've ever encountered.As a minor nit...it would sure be great if Amazon got its site act together. The Headline for the battery doesn't say how many batteries are included, but there are four in the picture, so I thought there must be four, otherwise sort of false advertising. So I next asked Rufus how many batteries are included, and it came back and said three batteries were included. Then in reading the fine print I saw that three were included.
