I started sliding it about half way down the front made sure it was not folding under on any other side, then began shimmying it down a little bit on all sides not getting one side too far ahead of the other until I could get the front under the cowling tab, then pulled the rest down until it fit perfectly in the cowling rubber seam. Time will tell if it fades or not but will definately protect the engine from sun and rain.
