I followed all the instructions carefully and allowed the mattress to expand for 72 hours before first use. However, within just 2 to 3 weeks, it began to sag severely—so much that I often struggled to get out of bed. The poor support led to ongoing back pain and even numbness on the right side of my body. I’ve decided to return it immediately due to the discomfort it has caused. To make matters worse, desertcart expects me to arrange the return shipping myself. Trying to find a courier in Ireland willing to ship a bulky mattress to the UK has been an absolute nightmare. This entire experience - from the product quality to the return process - has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding mattress purchases from desertcart.
