Review: Tastes the same as normal pasta - Tastes exactly the same as normal pasta. Lovely texture, keeps its shape and holds the sauce. My only comment is I find it cooks in a minute or two less than the instructions say - I always find gluten free pasta cooks faster. This is the best gluten free pasta at home that I’ve found.

Tastes exactly the same as normal pasta. Lovely texture, keeps its shape and holds the sauce. My only comment is I find it cooks in a minute or two less than the instructions say - I always find gluten free pasta cooks faster. This is the best gluten free pasta at home that I’ve found.
