Not made for children's fingers, check. Have enough grip to work but not bulky, check. Cut wire and sleeping along with lunch and string,cards. They are pretty much my everything scissors. Worth it just for them. Oh case/sheath is cheap, not expecting it to last long but so far it's survived the bag, would not trust wearing it.
