The hotel restaurant said it's kept it for their special guests because it's too expensive for just anyone, but having been to the same hotel three years running and hearing same patter any possibility of being made to feel special wore thin! Unlike the oil which at home we've used ever since, particularly in bread-making where the depth of taste and smoothness is incomparable. We are not connoisseurs so cannot say whether any of the dozens of other pricey (or possibly over-priced?) brands of olive oil would be as good if not better, but for us we are content to stick with Lorenzo. Good too that it's available via Amazon.
